Fifties from Mitchell Owen and Cameron Green helped guide Australia to a three-wicket win against West Indies in the first T20 of the series at Sabina Park.
In the absence of the injured Evin Lewis, West Indies' new-look top order shone to take them to a strong position, but a late collapse and four wickets for Ben Dwarshuis helped Australia limit the hosts to 189.
In response, Australia struggled initially to keep up, but a strong partnership between Green and Owen took them to a win with 7 balls to spare.
WI will still believe that they can make a comeback in this 5 match series, with the next game to be played on Wednesday.
